Return Process

Registering a Return: Send an email to info@yadka.com with your order number, the name of the product, and the reason for return.

Packaging: Carefully package the product to prevent damage during transport.

Proof of Shipment: Keep the shipping receipt of your return until your return has been processed.
Refund

Processing Time: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used within 14 days.

Shipping Cost Refund: Only in case of an error on our part or defective products, will the original shipping costs also be reimbursed.
Exceptions

Custom-Made Products: Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, certain products, such as belts worn directly on the skin, cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
