Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order at Riemenwarenhuis.nl! We do our utmost to deliver your new belt to you as quickly as possible. Below you will find all information about our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, including your Track & Trace code.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.

Shipping within the Netherlands:

  • Orders up to €50: €4.95 shipping costs.

  • Orders from €50: FREE shipping.

  • Expected delivery time: 1-2 business days after shipment.

Shipping to Belgium:

  • Orders up to €50: €6.95 shipping costs.

  • Orders from €50: FREE shipping.

  • Expected delivery time: 2-3 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery times are indications. During busy periods (such as holidays), delivery by the carrier may take slightly longer.

3. Track & Trace

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. This allows you to track your package to your door. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

4. Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address. If you have made an error in your address details, please contact us immediately via info@riemenwarenhuis.nl. If the package has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address. Any additional shipping costs for re-sending a returned package are at the customer's expense.

5. Damage or Loss

Has your package arrived damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send photos of the packaging and contents.

If your package has been delivered according to Track & Trace, but you have not received anything, we recommend first checking with your neighbors. If the package has not arrived after 3 days, please contact us so that we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
